At Ethos Step, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@ethosstep.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
